FreshForex Review Summary
FreshForex is an offshore forex and CFD broker established in 2004. It offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, WebTrader, Expert Advisor support, VPS hosting, trading signals, education, and more than 270 instruments across forex, indices, metals, energy, stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and synthetic indices.
The broker is best suited to bonus-focused forex and CFD traders who understand offshore risk and want MT4 or MT5 access. The main weakness is regulation. FreshForex is operated by Riston Capital Ltd in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, but the company does not present a current Tier 1 or Tier 2 retail forex license, and there is no investor compensation scheme.
Quick Verdict: Is FreshForex Worth It?
FreshForex offers more account flexibility than many offshore brokers. Classic uses fixed pricing, Market Pro uses tighter floating spreads, and ECN provides the lowest quoted spreads with a separate commission. This gives traders a clear choice between predictable pricing, active-trading spreads, and commission-based execution.
The trade-off is legal protection. Traders choosing FreshForex are accepting weaker regulatory protection in exchange for high leverage, bonuses, and flexible trading conditions.

What Is FreshForex?
Company Background
FreshForex has operated since 2004 and is run by Riston Capital Ltd. The current website lists the company at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, P.O. Box 1510, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
The site currently displays company registration number 20623 BC 2012. That number identifies the company registration and should not be described as a retail forex license. FreshForex operates as a market maker and provides market execution through its trading accounts.
Available Countries
FreshForex says it serves clients from 158 countries. Its website is available in English, Indonesian, Arabic, Russian, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Kazakh, Ukrainian, Tajik, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, and Malay.
The current restricted list includes the Bahamas, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, China, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dominica, Grenada, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Jamaica, Mali, Montenegro, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Somalia, Somaliland, South Sudan, Spain, Ukraine, the United States, the United States Minor Outlying Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Yemen.
FreshForex Fees and Costs
Trading Fees
FreshForex uses different fee structures by account. Classic is commission-free for standard forex trading and uses a wider fixed spread. Market Pro also avoids a separate forex commission and uses floating spreads. ECN adds a commission from 0.003% per contract, starting from about $1.90 per lot or $30 per $1 million traded.
Spreads and Commissions
FreshForex currently advertises Classic spreads from 2 pips, Market Pro from 0.9 pips, and ECN from 0 pips, while our calculated weighted average spreads are 1.2 pips for EUR/USD and 1.78 pips for GBP/USD. Gold averaged 34.6 cents, while the S&P 500 CFD averaged 1.44 points.
Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
FreshForex does not charge a standard broker deposit fee on most current methods. Cards, FasaPay, ADVCash, Perfect Money, several local bank methods, and many crypto deposits are listed at 0% from the broker side.
Withdrawal costs are less favorable and depend on the method. Current examples include 0.5% for FasaPay and Perfect Money, 2% for ADVCash, 2.5% plus $5 for Visa or Mastercard, 0.5% plus $2 for USDT TRC20, and 1% for Bitcoin with a minimum network charge. A trader who withdraws frequently should compare the payment method before funding.
Inactivity and Account Fees
FreshForex does not charge an inactivity fee. An unused funded account is therefore not reduced by a recurring dormant-account charge.
Bonus and Promotions
Promotions are a major part of the FreshForex offer. The 101% Drawdown Bonus is available on qualifying Classic and Market Pro accounts and currently requires a deposit from $101. The broker also advertises a 300% deposit bonus and cashback of up to $20 per lot.
A separate first-deposit promotion currently adds 15% to qualifying deposits from $100, with a maximum bonus of $500. The bonus can be removed if more than 30% of the deposit is withdrawn within 60 days.
These promotions can increase usable margin, but they also add terms that do not exist on a normal cash-only account. Bonus conditions should be read before depositing rather than after a withdrawal request.
Currency Conversion Fees
FreshForex does not list a separate fixed currency-conversion fee. Base currencies include USD, EUR, KZT, MYR, NGN, TZS, ZAR, BTC, ETH, ADA, BCH, BNB, XRP, and LTC.
When a deposit or internal transfer uses another currency, FreshForex applies its internal exchange rate. The rate is updated daily, so conversion cost depends on the currencies involved rather than one universal fee.
Overnight and Swap Fees
Standard overnight swap charges apply on normal accounts. Swap-free service is available on Classic, Market Pro, and ECN accounts for eligible traders.
The swap-free service uses a fixed commission from $5 per lot instead of ordinary swap. This is an important distinction for long holding periods because removing overnight interest does not always mean that keeping the position open is free.
FreshForex Account Types
Classic Account
Classic is the simplest account and is positioned for traders moving into real-money trading. It supports MT4 and MT5, fixed spreads from 2 pips, leverage up to 1:2000, and orders from 0.01 lot.
The maximum single order is 20 lots. Margin call is 100% and stop-out is 20%, making Classic more tolerant of declining margin than the other two account types.
Market Pro Account
Market Pro is aimed at active traders and scalpers. It uses MT4, floating spreads from 0.9 pips, execution advertised from 0.1 seconds, and leverage up to 1:1000.
Maximum order size rises to 100 lots. The 40% stop-out level is stricter than Classic, so traders moving between account types should not assume the same liquidation threshold.
ECN Account
ECN supports MT4 and MT5 and is designed for traders who want the lowest quoted spreads and trading inside the spread. It uses market execution, leverage up to 1:1000, and the separate commission described in the fee section.
ECN allows single orders up to 10,000 lots and uses a 60% stop-out level. The much larger order limit does not make the account automatically better for retail traders because commission, margin, and higher liquidation threshold still matter.
Demo and Islamic Accounts
Demo accounts are available for platform testing. Swap-free service can be added to Classic, Market Pro, or ECN for eligible clients.
How to Open an Account with FreshForex
Signup Process
Registration begins online by creating a Client Area, entering personal details, and selecting the trading account and platform. The broker allows several real accounts under one profile.
Verification Requirements
KYC can require identity documents, proof of address, and a PhotoID showing the client holding the identification document. Images must be clear, in color, complete, and unedited.
Minimum Deposit
A $25 minimum deposit is required for Classic, Market Pro, and ECN. FreshForex separately recommends $200 for Classic, $400 for Market Pro, and $2,000 for ECN.
How Long Account Approval Takes
FreshForex does not publish one guaranteed KYC approval time for every client. Processing depends on document quality and whether additional verification is required.
Markets and Assets Available
Forex
FreshForex lists 49 currency pairs. Minimum position size is 0.01 lot, and forex uses market execution with 50% margin applied to locked hedged positions.
Stocks and ETFs
The broker offers more than 115 stock CFDs and seven ETF CFDs. These are derivatives rather than directly owned securities, so clients do not receive normal share custody or voting rights.
There is no dedicated real-stock account. Long-term investors looking for direct equity ownership should use a securities broker rather than treating the CFD range as a stock-investing service.
Indices
Twelve index CFDs are listed, covering major global equity benchmarks. Index margin and trading hours differ from forex and should be checked in the contract specification before opening a leveraged position.
Metals and Energy
FreshForex lists 13 precious-metal CFD instruments and three energy-futures CFDs. Gold, silver, oil, and related markets give traders additional exposure outside currencies.
Cryptocurrencies and Synthetic Indices
More than 70 cryptocurrency CFDs are available, along with synthetic indices. Crypto can be traded seven days a week with a short weekly maintenance break under the current schedule.
These products are leveraged derivatives and do not provide private-key ownership or direct blockchain custody.
Leverage and Trading Limits
Maximum leverage reaches 1:2000 on Classic and 1:1000 on Market Pro and ECN. FreshForex can scale leverage down automatically as account equity increases, and instrument-specific margin can be lower than the forex maximum.
The broker can also increase minimum order-placement distances by up to ten times around major economic releases, interventions, or other events that can cause sharp price changes. This is important for news traders using pending orders close to the market.
Trading Platforms and Tools
MetaTrader 4
MT4 is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, iPadOS, and web. It supports market orders, Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Stop Loss, Take Profit, trailing stops, one-click trading, custom indicators, and MQL4 Expert Advisors.
In our platform check, MT4 was the more flexible choice for existing automated systems and Market Pro accounts. FreshForex also provides an Expert Advisor shop with indicators, scripts, and trading robots.
MetaTrader 5
MT5 is available on Classic and ECN accounts and supports market, limit, stop, and stop-limit orders, including Buy Stop Limit and Sell Stop Limit. It also adds more timeframes, market depth, a stronger strategy tester, and MQL5 automation.
MT5 is the better fit for traders who want a modern multi-asset terminal and the broker's WebTrader MT5 environment. Market Pro remains MT4-only.
WebTrader
FreshForex provides browser-based trading through MetaTrader web technology. This is useful when a trader cannot install desktop software, although advanced Expert Advisors still require the desktop terminal or VPS setup.
Copy Trading, Signals, and Social Tools
FreshForex supports MetaTrader trading signals and auto-copy functionality. Traders can subscribe to signal providers and monitor copied results without manually reproducing each order.
The service is built around third-party MetaTrader signal infrastructure rather than a proprietary social network. Signal performance should be evaluated by drawdown and trading history rather than return alone.
VPS Hosting
VPS hosting is available for Expert Advisors and automated systems. FreshForex offers a 24-hour free trial, followed by published MQL5 hosting prices of $10 for one month, $27 for three months, $49 for six months, or $95 for 12 months.
Research and Charting Tools
Research includes Fresh Forecast, an economic calendar, trading signals, current market news, and technical tools inside MetaTrader. The homepage also publishes regular instrument-specific trading ideas.
The research is practical for active forex traders, but it is more broker-generated than institutional. Traders looking for independent third-party research will find stronger packages elsewhere.
Educational Resources
FreshForex provides Trader's Path, a Self-Study Guide, recommended literature, webinars, an encyclopedia, and a structured beginner course with tests. The course covers forex basics, technical and fundamental analysis, psychology, money management, and trading systems.
The education section is one of the better parts of the broker's non-trading offer because a beginner can follow a sequence instead of reading disconnected articles.
FreshForex Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment Methods
More than 20 funding methods are available. Current options include Visa and Mastercard, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, USDT, Ethereum, XRP, Zcash, WebMoney, FasaPay, ADVCash, Perfect Money, mobile payments, internet banking, and regional local-depositor services.
Deposits should use payment details belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals normally follow the same payment method used for funding.
Deposit Times
Cards, major e-wallets, and many local bank methods are listed as instant. Crypto requires network confirmation, while some mobile-payment methods can take one to three days.
FreshForex currently promotes instant account crediting for many payment methods, but the payment provider still controls the time before the broker receives the funds.
Withdrawal Times
E-wallet withdrawals such as WebMoney, ADVCash, FasaPay, Perfect Money, and OnlineNaira are listed as instant after processing. Crypto depends on blockchain confirmation, while cards and several local bank methods can take up to five banking days.
FreshForex states that staff can take up to five business days to process a withdrawal request under its non-trading rules. The website's claim that 92% of requests are handled within 15 minutes describes typical internal handling, not a guaranteed arrival time.
Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts depend on the selected payment system. FreshForex does not publish one universal withdrawal limit across all cards, e-wallets, local banks, and crypto methods.

FreshForex Customer Support Review
Support Channels
Support is available through live chat, email, Telegram, phone, and the ticket system inside the Client Area. The main support email is [email protected], and the phone number is +44 2070992124.
Response Times
During our support timing check, live chat replied in about two minutes, Telegram took roughly five to 15 minutes, phone support three to eight minutes, and email around two to six hours.
Support Quality
Live chat is the fastest option for routine trading or account questions. More complicated payment and verification cases are better documented through email or the ticket system because they can require account-specific evidence.
Languages Available
Support languages include English, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Kazakh, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Tajik, and Arabic. Online support operates 24/5.
FreshForex User Reviews and Complaints
Positive User Reviews
Positive Trustpilot reviews commonly mention bonuses, support, platform stability, and long-term account use. Some clients also praise withdrawals when no additional review is required.
Have been working with fresh forex for 5 years never disappoint me
Negative User Reviews
Recent lower-rated reviews focus on failed deposits, withdrawal disputes, bonus conditions, verification requests, and occasional app or platform-access problems.
None of your deposit methods work
Common FreshForex Complaints
- Withdrawal requests being delayed by additional identity or transaction checks.
- Clients misunderstanding bonus turnover rules before requesting profits.
- Payment methods failing or being rejected by the payment provider.
- Complaints about spread size or platform access during certain trading conditions.
Trustpilot and App Store Ratings
Verification Issues
Verification is a recurring theme in negative reviews. FreshForex can request a clear ID, proof of address, PhotoID, payment evidence, or additional information before completing a withdrawal.
Completing KYC before relying on a bonus or building a larger account balance reduces the chance of an avoidable delay later.
Platform Problems
User complaints include failed connections, payment-related access problems, and occasional app issues. MT4 and MT5 also use market execution, so slippage can occur during major news, thin liquidity, or fast market movement.
FreshForex states that pending-order distance can be widened around important events. Traders who use news-breakout orders should account for that rule before the release rather than assuming normal distance settings will remain available.
Best FreshForex Alternative
Best Alternative for Beginners
AvaTrade is the stronger beginner alternative for traders who want comprehensive educational resources, a demo account, user-friendly trading platforms, and broader regulatory oversight.
FreshForex offers beginner education and more aggressive promotional features, but AvaTrade is easier to approach when structured learning, platform accessibility, and regulatory coverage matter more than high leverage or bonuses.
Best Alternative for Low Fees
Fusion Markets is the stronger low-fee alternative for traders who prioritize raw spreads, competitive commissions, and a straightforward choice between commission-based and commission-free pricing.
FreshForex provides Classic, Market Pro, and ECN accounts with different pricing structures. Fusion Markets is easier to evaluate when the main priority is keeping forex trading costs low and comparing raw-spread pricing clearly.
Best Alternative for Advanced Traders
Eightcap is the stronger advanced alternative for traders who want MT4, MT5, TradingView, TradeLocker, API trading, and support for automated strategies.
FreshForex supports Expert Advisors, trading signals, VPS access, and high leverage, but Eightcap is stronger when platform choice, advanced charting, and flexible trading tools take priority over promotional incentives.
Best Alternative for Forex or CFD Trading
FP Markets is the stronger forex and CFD alternative for active traders who want competitive pricing, multiple trading platforms, and access to a broader range of tradable markets.
FreshForex remains attractive for traders who value flexible account types, high leverage, and promotional offers. FP Markets is better suited to traders who prioritize forex and CFD execution, market coverage, and a more developed multi-platform trading environment.
How FreshForex Compares for Different Traders
FreshForex for Beginners
Beginners get a demo account, structured self-study material, webinars, recommended reading, and a Classic account with fixed pricing. These features make the broker easier to learn than its offshore status might suggest.
The main caution is leverage. New traders should use small positions and ignore the maximum ratio until they understand margin call, stop out, and the effect of bonus credit on available margin.
FreshForex for Day Trading
Market Pro and ECN are the more relevant setups for day traders because they use tighter floating pricing and allow scalping, hedging, and news trading. Expert Advisors and VPS access also support automated short-term strategies.
Frequent traders should include withdrawal fees and ECN commission in the full cost calculation instead of judging the broker only by its spread.
FreshForex for Forex Trading
Forex is FreshForex's strongest market. Traders can choose fixed Classic pricing, floating Market Pro pricing, or ECN execution while using MT4 or MT5 and several account currencies.
FreshForex for Long-Term Investors
FreshForex is not a strong choice for traditional long-term investing because its stocks and ETFs are CFDs. Clients receive price exposure but not normal securities custody, voting rights, or direct ownership.
FreshForex for Crypto Trading
FreshForex offers more than 70 cryptocurrency CFDs and also supports several crypto base currencies and payment methods. The trading products remain leveraged derivatives and do not give clients private-key ownership.
Is FreshForex Safe and Legit?
Licensing and Regulation
FreshForex is operated by Riston Capital Ltd in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The current website displays company registration number 20623 BC 2012.
That registration is not the same as a retail forex authorization from a major financial regulator. FreshForex should therefore be treated as an unregulated offshore broker for investor-protection purposes.
Security Features
FreshForex uses KYC, PhotoID checks, payment verification, password controls, and account-level risk management. The broker also states that potential trading losses are limited to deposited funds.
Investor Protection
FreshForex does not provide a statutory investor compensation scheme. Clients do not have the government-backed reimbursement protection available under some European or other regulated jurisdictions.
Negative Balance Protection
Negative balance protection is available. If a stop out leaves an eligible account below zero, the broker can reset the negative balance back to zero rather than leaving the client with a debt to the broker.
Segregated Client Funds
FreshForex states that client funds are segregated from company operating money. This is a useful operational safeguard, but without Tier 1 regulatory oversight it does not provide the same level of external supervision as segregation rules enforced by major regulators.
Final Verdict
FreshForex is strongest for active forex and CFD traders who want MT4 or MT5, high leverage, several account structures, broad base-currency support, and frequent promotions. Classic, Market Pro, and ECN each serve a different cost preference instead of forcing every client into one pricing model.
Its weakest area is safety. The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company registration is not a major forex license, and there is no statutory compensation scheme. Withdrawal fees and bonus conditions also require more attention than the headline trading features.
Overall, FreshForex is better suited to experienced offshore traders and promotion-focused clients than to investors who put regulatory protection first. The platform and market range are competitive, but the legal structure should be understood before depositing.
